HCMGPT accepted into NVIDIA Inception program to accelerate AI for HR and People Ops.
HCMGPT, the AI-native platform for human capital management, has been accepted into NVIDIA Inception, a program designed to help AI startups build faster, access technical resources, and grow through the NVIDIA ecosystem.
OLYMPIA, Washington, August 11, 2026 - HCMGPT today announced it has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program that supports startups building with artificial intelligence, data science, and accelerated computing.
HCMGPT is building AI for HR, recruiting, People Ops, and workforce teams. The platform combines conversational guidance, HCM-specific reasoning, document grounding, workflow assistance, and human escalation so teams can move from question to usable work product across hiring, compliance, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Through NVIDIA Inception, HCMGPT expects to access technical training, developer resources, partner offers, ecosystem visibility, and opportunities to connect with AI infrastructure experts and investors. These resources align with HCMGPT's work on domain-tuned HR intelligence, including faster retrieval, model training, document processing, and customer-specific adaptation.
HCMGPT is also exploring model and infrastructure options that can support enterprise-grade HR workflows, including Mistral and other available model families, along with NVIDIA compute resources that may be a fit for inference, retrieval, and training workloads as the platform scales.

"HCM is one of the most consequential places for AI because it touches hiring, policy, compliance, employee experience, and the daily judgment of people leaders. Joining NVIDIA Inception gives us another layer of technical ecosystem support as we build HCMGPT into the AI operating layer for HR and People Ops."
Chris McGrath, founder of Esteemed and HCMGPT
HCMGPT runs on Esteemed Intelligence, the infrastructure layer that gives the product memory, document context, domain routing, and a path for customer-specific model adaptation. The platform is designed around three progressive modes: Chat for everyday HCM guidance, Assist for structured workflows, and Connect for grounding answers in documents, systems, and company context.
The company is advised by Rick Savage, an NVIDIA Global AI Recruiting Automation Procurement leader, who is helping HCMGPT evaluate infrastructure, model, and procurement paths that are appropriate for recruiting automation, HR operations, and workforce intelligence use cases.
As HCMGPT expands, the company expects NVIDIA Inception resources to support deeper development across AI model operations, retrieval performance, training workflows, and scalable deployment patterns for customers adopting AI in sensitive workforce environments.
HCMGPT is currently available for teams and individuals exploring AI assistance across HR documents, people operations, recruiting workflows, and company knowledge. Users can start from the app and connect Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and uploaded documents for grounded chat workflows.
